By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to following:

Payment

All payment will be sent and received via Paypal in USD.Full refunds will only be given if there has been no work towards the art. Partial refunds are available should work be performed and is based upon the amount of work completed. (For instance, if a sketch is completed, all but $5 will be refunded.)A full agreement will and must be communicated between both parties before any monetary exchange may take place. This includes the communication of the kind of art desired and the payment required.If a sketch is requested, payment will be required upfront. If anything above a sketch (line art, coloring, rendering) is requested, half of the payment will be required upfront while the other half will be required before the finished product will be sent.

Boundaries

During the transaction, I will operate under the assumption that I may post and share any commission I create to social media. If you wish for your commission to be kept private, please specify such to me.Due to the complexity of certain designs, drawing them will require a longer wait time and more payment as compensation. If this is something to consider for the commission, this will be communicated upfront before any payment or work has been completed.None of my drawings may be use for or complicit in the use of NFT’s, cryptocurrency, or generative AI for any reason.None of my art may be used in any commercial, for-profit way by anyone other than myself without expressed permission.None of my works may be modified in any way by anyone other than myself without expressed permission.Any reposting of my art must include credit to myself as the original creator.

Willingness to Draw

  • I will draw: humans, furries, robots, armor, monsters, creatures, animals, plants, furniture, backgrounds, landscapes, mild gore, suggestive art, and NSFW (for/commissioned by adults).

  • I won’t draw: minors in NSFW or suggestive situations, NSFW (for/commissioned by minors), major gore, transphobia, homophobia, sexism, racism, or pedophilia.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time, for any reason.
I reserve the right to charge more or less before a payment is made and agreed upon.
These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time.
